How to Make No-Bake Strawberry Delight

A luscious and creamy no-bake strawberry cheesecake with a buttery graham cracker crust, topped with fresh strawberries and a hint of vanilla.


– 2 (8-ounce) packagescream cheese – 1 poundstrawberries (about 16) – 8 tablespoons(1 stick) unsalted butter – 12full-size graham crackers (about 6 1/2 ounces), or 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs – 2 tablespoonsgranulated sugar


– 1/2 teaspoonkosher salt, divided – 3/4 cuppowdered sugar, divided – 2 teaspoonsvanilla extract – 2 cupscold heavy cream – 1/4 cuppowdered strawberry gelatin dessert mix (about 2 ounces)


Soften cream cheese, slice strawberries, and melt butter.  Prepare graham cracker crust and press into a baking dish.


Layer sliced strawberries onto the crust. Whip cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.


Whip cream until stiff peaks form, fold into cream cheese mixture. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over strawberries.


Mix powdered strawberry gelatin into remaining cream cheese mixture. Spread strawberry cream cheese mixture over the first layer.


Top with remaining whipped cream. Refrigerate, garnish with chopped strawberries, and serve cold.
